The 14th ESAN meeting took place virtually on 29 September 2022, co-organized by FSVO and the WHO Regional Office for Europe. The meeting welcomed 55 participants, including representatives of 18 Member States, invited speakers and WHO staff.
Eight member countries shared their national sodium intake reduction activities with the network. This session was followed by an update of the various ongoing and upcoming work of WHO Europe, for example the launch of 24h urine collection videos as well as the signature initiative for CVD burden.
