ESAN - ICN2 Letter (PDF, 71 kB, 28.01.2015)At the meeting in Bern in 2014, the decision was made to send a statement letter to Dr Margaret Chan and Mr Graziano da Silva. The letter highlights the importance of salt reduction within the general population and urges Member States at the ICN2 in Rome in November 2014 to support food reformulation initiatives and monitoring programs.
