Raw milk and dairy products / colostrum and colostrum-based products

This page contains models of the required veterinary certificates, lists of third countries of origin and supplying establishments approved for the import the above products intended for human consumption.
The present conditions do not apply for importing chocolate or other composite products containing up to 50% of milk products.

The conditions apply with reservation as to import bans / temporary restrictions / special conditions in force at the time of import.

Commission Regulation (EU) 605/2010 contains conditions and model veterinary certificates, as well as the list approved countries of origin:

For a transitional period until 6 September 2014 the introduction of consignments of raw milk and dairy products not intended for importation but destined for a third country either by transit in accordance with Articles 11, 12 or 13 of Directive 97/78/EC, accompanied by a health certificate conforming to the model set out in Part 2 of Annex II to Regulation (EU) No 605/2010, in its version prior to the entry into force of this Regulation, shall be authorised, provided that the certificate has been signed within 26 July 2014.
